Hi, I am Kayla! I am certified in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Shiatsu and Thai massage. I studied at the Wellness and Massage Institute in St Albans, VT, a 700 hour program. My goal is to listen to my client and create a massage that benefits them individually. Massage has healed me in many different ways, and I hope to do the same for others. I am available Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 8 to 5 in Essex, Vermont along with every other Saturday in St Albans, VT. I can also be available other days of the week if asked.
