I am a licensed massage therapist of 11yrs, I can help with stiff Neck, tmj, shoulder pain, sciatic, headaches, and post surgery and people with autoimmune disorders. 

     my sessions are a blend of relaxing strokes, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, fijian (deep foot bar therapy!)  I also offer infrared treatment  before the massage, intra oral ( inside you cheek) advanced abdominal work and trauma release therapy. 

     I take time to learn your body and pain patterns to taylor each session towards your specific goals.
