I step into every session with a caring, charismatic personality. I like getting to know people and I love the fact I get to help others solve and fix problems that he or she may not be able to fix on their own. I enjoy being able to help people feel healthy and young. I specialize in deep tissue, injury, and trigger point. Although my typical sessions include those modalities, I am always willing to do relaxation work and I get excited to take on new or different things in order to help a client reach his or her goals for the session.
