I’m a proud mom to one beautiful, energetic kid who keeps life exciting. I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s being in the water or exploring the woods. I’ve been in the medical field since 2004, and in the past two years, I’ve accomplished a major goal — earning my massage therapy license.

I have a passion for helping people find relief from discomfort and improve their overall well-being. My training includes Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques, Reiki and I’m always learning more to better serve my clients.

I’m also expanding my practice to include animal bodywork — so in the future, look for me if your canine, feline, or equine needs a little care and balance, too.
