I’m a proud mom to one beautiful, energetic kid who keeps life exciting. I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s being in the water or exploring the woods. I’ve been in the medical field since 2004, and in the past two years, I’ve accomplished a major goal — earning my massage therapy license.

I have a passion for helping people find relief from discomfort and improve their overall well-being. My training includes Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques, and I’m always learning more to better serve my clients.

I’m also expanding my practice to include animal bodywork — so in the future, look for me if your canine, feline, or equine needs a little care and balance, too.
