B. Relax & Recover Sessions: Recommended for everyday stress and tension relief.

C. Prenatal/ Postnatal Massage: Ideal for the baby-carrying-momma looking to relieve the aches, pains, and stiffness that come with baby-bearing. 

D. Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Recommended for surgery preparation, joint replacement care, C-section aftercare, cellulite reduction, and lymphedema (with physician consent). 

We offer discounted sessions for those over the age of 65 and offer payment reduction plans for those on severely limited income.
