Policy:   No-Show and Late Cancelation Fee.

We adhere to 24-hour cancellation policy. For Same Day Cancellations & No-SHOWs there's a fee of 50% of the scheduled service & is due immediately; this facilitates scheduling of future appointments. Payment can be done over the phone with a credit card. Unfortunately, we are not able to make future appointments for you until your Same-Day or NO-SHOW appointment fee payment has been completed.

Face Masks: Currently, my office is mask free. If you wish to wear a mask that is completely understandable and will be respected. 

New Clients Policy: Payment is due upon initial booking of session via our website at www.massagebook.com/biz/Livivingston-Integrative-Wellness or you can contact us at 936-239-2697 and speak to our receptionist. Furthermore, "New Clients" are to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment due to traffic & Client Intake form, this facilitates the "New Client Process" & helps the assigned Massage Therapist provide exceptional service!  For Gift Certificates please call the office & speak to our receptionist for facilitating this process.
