If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, out of balance, or like your body just isn’t responding the way it used to, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come in saying:
“I’ve tried massage, stretching, chiropractic…
I feel better for a little while, but the tension keeps coming back.”
That’s because most pain doesn’t start in the muscles — it starts in the nervous system.
At Wassana’s Retreat, my work is centered around helping your body return to a state of ease through the Spinal Flow Technique. This gentle, non-invasive method identifies where stress is stored along the spine and supports your nervous system in releasing the emotional, physical, and chemical tension your body has been holding.
Clients often describe feeling calmer, lighter, more aligned, and more connected after their session — not because I force anything, but because I help the body reconnect to its own healing intelligence.
I welcome adults, seniors, kids, and teens — including individuals with scoliosis, posture challenges, sensory sensitivities, Autism, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, limited mobility, neurological conditions, or chronic stress.
Every nervous system communicates differently. My goal is to create a safe, relaxing space where your body feels supported enough to unwind at its own pace.
For clients new to Spinal Flow:
I offer Spinal Flow Combo Massage / Mind-Body Reset sessions — a beautiful blend of therapeutic massage and nervous system work. These sessions are perfect if you’re curious, unsure, or need both deep relaxation and deeper healing.
Spinal Flow Is the Heart of My Practice
This is my primary service for clients who want:
• Natural pain relief
• Nervous system regulation
• Posture improvement
• Emotional release
• A gentle path out of stress, overwhelm, or shutdown
• Support when “nothing else has worked”
I don’t treat labels.
I treat you — the whole person, the whole story, the whole nervous system.
Additional Supportive Services
For clients who want more targeted healing, I offer:
• Thai-inspired therapeutic bodywork — for mobility, stretching & relaxation
• Lymphatic drainage massage — including post-surgery care
• Chi Nei Tsang abdominal work — for digestion, detox, and emotional release
• Facial sculpting massage — for lifting, lymph flow & deep facial tension release
Each modality supports the body in its own way — improving circulation, softening tension, supporting digestion, calming the mind, and enhancing overall vitality.
At Wassana’s Retreat, my intention is simple:
Restore flow. Release stress. Help your body heal from the inside out.
