Meet Alexis McPherson, LMT
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m not here to offer quick solutions or one-size-fits-all care.
I’m here to help you listen—to your body, your breath, and the subtle patterns that shape how you move through the world. I'm hear to teach you and remind you how to heal YOURSELF.
My name is Alexis. I’m a licensed massage therapist with a focus on the intersection of fascia, nervous system regulation, and functional movement. I specialize in addressing chronic tension patterns and structural imbalances—things like TMJ dysfunction, migraines, hypermobility, and movement-related strain.
My approach blends evidence-informed bodywork with a deeper awareness of how stress, trauma, neurodivergence, and repetitive habits live in the body. I work with people navigating discomfort, burnout, and disconnection—and help them rebuild trust in their own physical experience.
Sessions with me are practical and personalized. I draw from modalities like gentle myofascial release, cupping, Thai massage, Sarga Bodywork, and fascial stretching. I’ll meet you where you are, and work collaboratively to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore balance to your nervous system.
This isn’t just about getting out of pain—though that matters. It’s about building awareness and giving you tools to take an active role in your well-being. Stretching, breathwork, nervous system education, and posture awareness are just a few of the things we may explore together. Hop on my social media for lots of random tid-bits that inspire me and hopefully push you to move your body.
Who I Work With:
First and foremost: I work best with people who are ready to take an active role in their healing. If you're hoping for a one-time fix or a passive experience, this may not be the right fit—and that’s okay.
My work is collaborative. It asks you to show up, get curious about your patterns, and be open to making small but meaningful shifts outside the treatment room. Sustainable change doesn’t come from one session—it comes from consistency, awareness, and the willingness to listen to your body over time.
