What I Do
I help people who’ve been failed by the traditional medical system people dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, and dysfunction who feel like they’ve tried everything.
Using a combination of Myofascial Release therapy and Nutrition Coaching, I focus on uncovering the root causes of pain and imbalance in the body. Whether you’ve had failed surgeries, are trying to avoid surgery, or want to get off medication, we’ll work together to restore function, reduce pain, and help you get back to the life you want to live.

What I Don’t Do

• I don’t offer Swedish or “fluff and buff” massages
• I don’t use fancy oils or machines
• I don’t push unnecessary sessions
• I won’t ask you to keep coming forever, unless your body actually needs it
• I don’t chase symptoms; I address what’s really going on

What to Expect
I work out of a home office in the quiet countryside. It’s not a spa or busy clinic, it’s a calm, private space designed for healing.
Here’s what else to expect:
• You’ll get an in-depth intake form before your first visit. I know it asks for some sensitive information — please take your time. The more I know, the more efficient and effective your care will be.
• I don’t use traditional massage draping. MFR works best on skin, not through sheets.
– Women: Wear a sports bra, tank top, or loose t-shirt, and shorts
– Men: Wear shorts, you can leave the sports bra at home
• The space is low-scent and clean. I only use Young Living and DoTerra essential oils, and even the sheets are washed in fragrance-free, natural detergent — no synthetic scents or harsh chemicals
• You’ll never be rushed. Each session includes time to talk about your progress and make a plan that fits your goals
This is your time, your space, and your healing. You deserve a provider who listens and adjusts accordingly.
What Is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle, hands-on technique that uses sustained compression and traction to release restrictions in your fascial system, the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, nerves, and organs.
When fascia tightens or becomes stuck due to trauma, stress, injury, or inflammation, it can cause pain, limited movement, and dysfunction, even in areas far from the original source.
MFR doesn’t force the body, it invites it to soften and unwind. There’s no cracking, poking, or pushing through pain. Just long-lasting relief and restored function, naturally.
What Is Nutrition Coaching?
Nutrition Coaching is about creating an internal environment where healing can actually happen.
I review your bloodwork (if you want me to), look for nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and signs of inflammation, then work with you to restore balance through targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes.
This isn’t about fad diets or calorie counting, I'm not going to lecture you about what you should or shouldn't be eating, it’s about giving your body what it needs to heal from chronic pain, fatigue, illness, or injury. When your cells are supported, your body functions better. It’s that simple.
