Nelson and licensed massage therapist and massage instructor Felisha L. Smith, our mission is to provide healing, accessibility, and support to those who need it most.

Rakeem, a former combat medic with extensive medical and emergency background, brings a strong clinical foundation to the practice. His experience working alongside brigade surgeons, EMT teams, and veteran populations allows Unity Wellness Group to offer services that are not only therapeutic but also medically informed.

With over 10 years of massage therapy experience, Felisha has helped open and grow numerous wellness practices across the city. Her hands-on expertise, combined with her passion for holistic care, has shaped URT into a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
