Lydia earned her B.S. Biology from Baylor University and her M.A. Biochemistry/Cell Biology from Rice University. First a schoolteacher, then a homeschool mom, Lydia discovered the benefits of B.E.S.T. for herself and her family starting in 2020. Lydia has been performing B.E.S.T. as a certified therapist for five years. She first worked under the late Eddie Rettstatt, D.C. in Benbrook, treating his patients with B.E.S.T. Now she is continuing to provide the same care through B.E.S.T. of Benbrook, LLC. Her hobbies include prayer, Bible study, ministry, walking, being outside, spending time with family, and cooking gluten-free/dairy-free.
