I'm Criselda White, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Post-Operative Recovery, Brazilian Lymphatic Sculpting, and advanced bodywork therapies that promote optimal healing and transformation.

With over 7 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of clients safely recover from cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries by using proven, non-invasive techniques that support the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes. I am certified by Klose Training, the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, and hold a Cosmetic Surgery Therapy Certification (CCST) to better support post-op clients.

I’m deeply passionate about helping my clients heal beautifully and feel empowered during their recovery journey. My goal is not just to reduce swelling — but to prevent complications like fibrosis, support skin tightening, and enhance your body’s natural sculpting.
