Hi, I’m Hannah, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse dedicated to helping you feel better through therapeutic and relaxing massage treatments. I offer a unique blend of expertise in myofascial release, Swedish, trigger point and pin/stretch methods, ensuring a holistic approach to your well-being. My massages integrate stretching and passive range of motion. I am also trained in Vodder method Manual Lymphatic Drainage. My goal is to help my clients feel better by providing space for them to rest, breathe and ultimately heal. 

With a background in nursing, I bring 7 years of experience serving older adults and pediatrics, as well as working as a Hospice Case Manager. My journey in healthcare has taught me the importance of patient-centered care, which I now bring into my massage practice. I am especially passionate about supporting vulnerable populations. I have a deep appreciation for grief and how emotions can get stuck and then released through bodywork. My work with people experiencing death as an RN inspired me to become a trained Death Doula in early 2025, I received my training through the International End-of-Life Doula Association. 

A long-awaited dream of mine came true when I chose to attend the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin in June 2022 and obtained my LMT license in early 2024. Since graduating I have worked for 18 months at a chiropractic clinic, working closely with the chiropractor to primarily relieve various origins of back and neck pain. I have also been able to work in spas at a yoga studio and a large assisted living community with great success and joy. I am currently working on Reiki certifications to continue to provide well-rounded healing to those who choose to work alongside me. 

Outside of massage, I am a mother to a young child and enjoy spending my free time doing anything outside. I also enjoy cooking, dancing and live music. 

At this time my Silver Valkyrie Massage provides mobile massage services only. We will being all necessary supplies to your space and provide therapeutic, holistic body work. If In-Office massage is a MUST, feel free to reach out and depending on scheduling there may be a solution.
