With 28 years of experience as a social worker and training in therapeutic bodywork at the Mind Body Institute, I offer trauma-informed massage focused on suporting the clients nervous system for deep restoration. My sessions are intentional, responsive to what you need in the moment, and can include massage, Cranio-sacral Fascial Therapy, gliding cupping, trigger point therapy and acupressure. I specialize in supporting those experiencing traumatic stress, navigating major life transitions, social activists, and those in helping professions. 

Elemental Supports has no religious offiliation but my office is located within the Glencliff United Methodist Church. This congregation is welcoming to all people and activly involved in promoting community wellness and care. This church also houses other non-profits that work toward collective wellness.
