My mission is to offer an alternative pain reduction solution to individuals of all ages who are looking to reduce chronic muscular pain patterns, increase circulation & flexibility, improve sports performance, and decrease work related stress.
I offer professional therapeutic massage & bodywork, as well as on-site chair massage services. I am licensed in Tennessee & Mississippi. With over ten years of experience working with clients with a variety of health-related concerns & goals, I am confident I can help you manage your pain & restore balance back into your stressful world through the benefits of therapeutic massage.

**Important office policies and updates:
**If you are experiencing ANY covid-19 symptoms or have been around someone that recently tested positive for the virus, or if you are WAITING on test results, PLEASE do not book an appointment with me until you have been cleared. Thank you for being considerate.
A Covid19 waiver will be sent via text message and will be required to be filled out and signed before any services are received in my office.
If a client refuses or has NOT completed the Covid19 waiver, prior to arriving for their appointment, I will cancel the appointment & the client will be subject to a cancellation fee. The client has up to 3 hours before the start of their appointment to complete it.
**MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN BY THERAPIST & CLIENT AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN MY OFFICE AS WELL AS OUT OF OFFICE APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
**Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, only one client at a time will be allowed in the office. So, I asked, when you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car & I will send you a text or come get when your room is ready for you. As before, each client is provided with clean table linen & all hard surfaces & equipment is disinfected thoroughly after each client.
New Clients:
Starting January 1, 2022, all new clients will be required to pay a booking fee of $30. An invoice will be text to you. If the payment is not received by 5pm the day of booking, that appointment slot will be open to other clients for booking. The booking fee will be applied to your total at the end of your session. If the client fails to cancel or no show this will serve as your cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time to begin treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you are still responsible for paying for the FULL SESSION. Out of respect and consideration to other clients and therapist, please plan to arrive on-time. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a smooth check-in.
New clients please be prepared to provide information on medical history. This information is used to provide you with the best care possible and remains completely confidential.
No-Call No-Shows:
If a client forgets or intentionally don't show up for their appointment for whatever reason, they are considered a "NO-CALL NO-SHOW" and they will be charged for the missed appointment. A FULL PAYMENT for missed appointment will be invoiced to you & payment is required before booking any future appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
I am aware that life happens and unexpected events can occur. But, to be fair and available to others that might want to book with me, your cooperation is needed.
24 hour advance cancellation is required when cancelling an appointment. By doing so, this will give other clients the opportunity to get on the schedule. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in a fee of $30 that will be invoiced to you by text & payment is required before booking any future appointments. **Call or text to cancel your appointment.
Mobile Services:
There is a $100 booking deposit due upon booking your appointment. It will be requested by an invoice & payment is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. If deposit is not received, your appointment will not be confirmed & that slot will be available to other clients.
The booking deposit will be applied to your final total at the end of your session. The deposit will also serve as a cancellation fee if a client fails to give a 24 hour cancellation notice. Thank you for understanding.
Cash & all major credit cards are accepted, as well HSA spending cards. Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.
