I am a Knoxville native, over the past 20 years I have lived and worked here in Knoxville. In 2005 I graduated from Roane State Community College with a certificate in Somatic Therapy. I became a licensed massage therapist in the state of Tennessee in 2005. I am a professional member of the AMTA. I also hold a state certification for medical assistant, but I am not currently practicing. I was drawn to massage therapy early in life and I have continued to learn and progress in the field. I am passionate about my work and enjoy providing clients with excellent care. My focus is on increased mobility and quality of life through massage. I also enjoys educating people about self-care, stretching and strengthening. By combining many modalities, I strive to tailor each massage therapy session to my client’s needs. I am certified in Myofascial Release Technique, Deep Tissue Manipulation, Oncology Massage, and Pain Release Technique. I hope to continue to learn and grow in the massage profession, as I believe the possibilities are endless and there’s much more to learn. I would like to one day become a teacher of massage therapy. I believe the more I know the more I can channel that knowledge into massage and share the benefits first hand. When I’m not improving my community with quality massage therapy. I love reading books, going on hikes, live music, and Barre3!
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
