For my six years in and out of differing medical field positions, I had always felt the draw to help, to aid, to go above and be anywhere from a lead to a supporting member of a team. Yet, the system was broken, taking away agency for all of those within the cycle. I wanted out. There is a time to act, to listen, to stay still, and a time to leave.

When I left the medical field, I had no path; my compass was open to all the fields around me. As I worked through a gap year, I rekindled my fire and passion for the living earth, the surging of life and its pulse within me, stillness alone, and a community to mirror where I can grow, be honest, and vulnerable.

I found Osteo-Thai in mid-2025, my first class a gift from my dear partner. I felt the call before I even knew where it was coming from. A beautiful bodywork form rooted in the Thai principles of existing in the moment, of deep presence of being, and informed, intuitive, yet science-backed touch. Now here I am, practicing my devoted passion, sharing my absolute joy. Providing a space for those who not only want physical stretch or pain relief, but a space to drop deeper into their mind, body, and being.
