Hi, I’m Paula! I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2015—graduated from Morrisville in Upstate New York owned my business for 8 years and moved to Nashville in 2023,  Opened my own practice to work better hours for you.

I specialize in integrated therapeutic massage, blending techniques such as:

• Myo Zen technique for Deep Tissue - Myofascial Release - Trigger Point Therapy
• Thai-Massage - increases flexibility and range of motion
• Relaxing Swedish
• Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
• Reflexology & Energy Balancing (Reiki, Chakra work)

I also incorporate supportive tools including red light therapy, hot stones, cupping, Gua Sha, and thermo-moist heat for enhanced healing and relaxation.
