Carrie Dorhout grew up in a holistic household, shaping a lifelong passion for health and whole-person wellness. Her work has always been rooted in compassion and a genuine desire to help people feel better in their bodies and in their lives. 

After beginning her career as a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist, Carrie became a certified lymphatic therapist in 2016 and founded Lymphatic Therapy Specialists, dedicating her practice fully to lymphatic care as the only certified resource in the region. She has since earned advanced certifications in neurolymphatics in 2020, and post-plastic surgery lymphatic therapy in 2022. 

For the past four years, Carrie has partnered with LifeVantage, valuing their commitment to pursuing health and empowering the body to function as it was naturally designed to do. A proud mother of two adult children and a grandmother to two, Carrie brings empathy, experience, and a caring presence to everything she does, guided by the simple desire to help people live better lives.
