I started Natural Healing Handz on a simple belief: wellness is personal. Every body is different. Every session should be too. That's why every appointment begins with a real conversation — so I understand what's happening in your body before my hands do anything.

Depending on what you need, your session might include Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, instrument-assisted scraping (Gua Sha), or percussion therapy. I also do cupping, hot stone, and Reiki — for clients who want to go deeper or try something different. We'll figure out together what makes sense for you.

I'm originally from Orange County, California, then practiced in Fort Worth, Texas, where I continued to build Natural Healing Handz over several years and earned 86 five-star client reviews. I've relocated to Columbia, SC, and I'm excited to bring the same level of care and expertise to this community.
