Functional Massage & Mobility is a mobile bodywork service focused on helping active people and hardworking bodies move better, recover faster, and stay doing the things they enjoy.

I work with people who have physical jobs, active lifestyles, old injuries, or everyday wear and tear from work, sports, and life. Sessions may include massage, mobility work, and assisted stretching depending on what your body needs that day. The goal is to reduce pain, improve movement, and help your body function the way it should — not just for today, but long term.

In addition to hands-on bodywork, I also offer Marconics energy sessions, a no-touch modality focused on nervous system support, stress reduction, and overall energetic balance. Some clients come for physical bodywork, some for energy work, and some benefit from a combination of both.

Mobile service is available throughout the Lehigh Valley. I bring the table, chair, linens, and all equipment so you can receive bodywork in the comfort of your own home.
