Hi my name is Lyza Gonzalez! Sol Eterna started manifesting around the same time my body started experiencing changes I was not expecting. After having lived with chronic pain for years, I was pulled; almost against my will, to pursue massage therapy as a last resort to understand my own vessel. What I found was that the body was extremely complex and that the whole body works as a network not separate from one system to the other. Whole body integration allows the body to come back to itself, and not get stuck in the mind. Massage allows you to redirect stuck energy back into your body awareness; one of the many first steps to whole body Integration. 

Sol Eterna reminds me continuously that the eternal flows around us, and eternal soul flows within us. By coming back to ourselves, we can hold space for each other.
