Communication is key to a great massage!                                                    My goal building my massage business is to offer quality services for lower cost for those who are loyal and visit regularly to help with life’s aches and pains. Massage is a natural holistic source of pain relief. Massage is a great alternative to prescription drugs. 

My goal is healing; educating; and help individuals recognize, and change body mechanic habits to help feel better for longer. Often, we don't recognize how we are moving until we feel pain.

About me:

When I am not massaging, I am most likely with family or enjoying time alone. I love music, riding motorcycles, camping, and occasionally video games, helping me decompress myself from life’s stresses.

Massage therapy is the career that chose me! Everything in my life led me to massage therapy.   I genuinely want to help people heal and live the best life free of restrictions and pain.

Massage therapy has been such a blessing to help those in pain with my hands!

 After a vehicle accident I truly understand how pain can affect our lives and how debilitating it can be.
