Tara Mathews is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania. She graduated from Mt Nittany Insitute in 2007 and has worked in massage and healthcare for the past 17 years. Tara uses a variety of techniques during her massage sessions including deep tissue, swedish/relaxation, trigger point, myofascial, stretching, cupping, hot stones, craniosacral therapy, and aromatherapy. She especially loves helping others with neck, back, and hip pain. Massage therapy is what helped her overcome sciatic pain in her early twenties, and her desire it help others feel better as well.
