It is my life's work to help. I have studied, experienced, and been moved by the depths of the human experience through my own experiences with grief and trauma dancing alongside the lightness, the awakenings, the clarity and deep joy. I have witnessed the miracles and messiness of birth, life, and death. I have and continue to work on my own wounds through wise counsel, yoga, plant medicine, friendship, and a life lived authentically. I am a believer in the sweetness, beauty, and potential of the human spirit.  I am grateful for the mystery and wild whimsy of this world. 

Over my last 23 years as a facilitator of healing, I have gathered many tools that call to my soul. I have been honored to work and study with many wise hearts. I offer intuitive guidance, herbal medicine consultation, therapeutic yoga, energetic healing and transformational bodywork. Together we create space to heal together.
