I'm Shauna Carter, a licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Lymph and Light Therapeutics in Prineville, OR. 

I've been practicing massage therapy since 2018, and I'm grateful to have built a career centered around helping people feel more comfortable, supported, and cared for.

My experience includes working with medically fragile individuals as well as clients recovering from cancer treatment, surgeries and those needing support in their well-being. 

I believe every body is about more than technique. It's about creating a peaceful space where you can slow down, breathe, and receive thoughtful care. 

My faith, family, and love for the outdoors have shaped who I am and the way I care for others. I've lived in Oregon my whole life and feel especially grateful to serve the Central Oregon community I call home.
