Helping Kneads has been serving Pendleton Oregon since July of 2009, but the call to Massage Therapy was there long before.

My work is a collection of differing techniques from a variety of modalities I've studied over the years. Holding onto my favorites to create a nice flow fit for anyone. Or, specially tailored for individual troubling issues.

In 2018 I began working with the Kick'N Cancer aka Spirit Program and was trained in Massage for People Living with Cancer.  That work really opened me up to the world of Lymphatics.  After a long time of waiting, I finally made the jump in 2025 and became a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist.
