I've focused mainly on recovery from auto accidents and joint repair replacement rehabilitation, chronic pain and acute injuries. I use a combination of modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point/ unwinding, shiatsu , craniosacral & structural integration techniques. 

I may use with deep tissue and deep stretching, and council you in present breathing & awareness during the session.
