Meet Your Therapists
Sierrah — Owner & Lead Therapist
Sierrah is the owner and lead therapist at Flowbility. A former freeride mountain bike athlete, she brings lived experience of impact, injury, and recovery into her work. Her sessions integrate Ashiatsu, Deep tissue, fascial work, trigger point release, and craniosacral therapy, meeting the body exactly where it needs to be met on any given day.
She works by listening to patterns in the body—how tension is held, how movement is compensated, and where the system is asking for change. Having navigated many injuries herself, Sierrah’s focus is on shifting underlying patterns, supporting long-term change, resilience, and more ease in the body.
Meghan — Therapeutic Massage Therapist
Meghan brings a strong athletic foundation and the same Flowbility principles into every session. A former Division I collegiate tennis athlete, she understands repetitive strain, performance demands, and recovery from years of high-level training.
Her sessions balance effective therapeutic work with a natural flow that invites deep rest and nervous system downshift, allowing the body to integrate change rather than brace against it. The result is work that is both powerful and calming—supporting recovery, mobility, and whole-body balance.
Great for: athletes and active individuals, full-body therapeutic care, recovery-focused sessions that blend precision with deep rest.
