At The Return Space I welcome all of who you are into safety and unhurried rhythm so you can be truly held.

I weave years of practice and training with patients in the massage therapy clinical environment with my love for Sound, Soul, Presence and Energetic Care.

I love moving the body in a very relaxing way in order to create mobility, fluidity, address stiffness and rigidity in the joints and promote faster muscle recovery whilst soothing the nervous system for a deeper resotrative experience. I call my style DYNAMIC RELAXATION.

I created The Return Space to welcome people into a place that feels like home, a different time...a place filled with earthiness, beauty with purpose and ritual so your body can exhale and your spirit can be remembered and lifted.

My sessions are different every time because everyone is different and because I bring all of my gifts and skills to the table to make sure that what you need is always at the forefront of our work together.

I invite you into a multi-sensory experience where you can receive Massage Therapy, Sound Therapy and Energy Work sometimes together if you choose so and sometimes separately.
