I value Renee’s knowledge and sensibility to assess and address the most pressing needs I bring to her. She does helps more than with just technical skill. She brings healing.

I have been fighting shoulder pain for years. After going to numerous chiropractors and massage therapists without relief, finally found relief after my session of acupuncture and massage from Grady at R and R Massage.

Left relaxed, neck moved better and no headache.

My first experience. It was quite pleasant

Renee was amazing! I highly recommend her.

Absolutely has helped me in so many different areas! I had no idea I needed Renee's services until I did. Feeling much better and will continue even after I'm 100%. Knowledge is the key and she is spot on every time.
