Tim Lasick is the owner and operator of Precision Muscular Mechanics, LLC. Tim has been an athlete most of his life, as well as a fitness and health enthusiast. He has a coaching background as well as being a certified personal trainer. In 2015 Tim decided to go back to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). After passing his MBLEx in 2015 and receiving his license to practice from the State Medical Board of Ohio, Tim also completed his certifications to become full-body certified in Active Release Technique (ART). With his certifications, he practiced as a soft tissue specialist in a chiropractic clinic for over three years. Tim is extremely passionate about helping his clients maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. He helps to achieve this by not only utilizing a wide variety of specialized skills and techniques, but also providing his clients with knowledge, tools, and resources they can use outside of therapy. Tim believes we only have one body and we must take care of it for it to function as efficiently as possible. 

When Tim is not helping clients, he is a food fanatic, loves being outdoors, watching sports, and has a passion for rhinos and the Hulk. Tim also enjoys spending time in the gym and with his family and friends.
