CALM Healing Center, LLC was created on the concept Founder and Healer Elysa BC Smeltzer simplifies as: Enlighten ; Evolve. When we know better, we can do better. That means, we CAN feel better! 

After decades of navigating standard western physical and mental health systems, Elysa embarked on a journey. Armed with experience as an advocate, as well as her own partial-paralysis injury saga, she sought to acquire the knowledge to create the services she wished and advocated for fiercely.

Combining soothing massage with stretches, education, and strengthening exercises, CALM offers intention healing sessions for BOTH old injuries, and current dysfunction. Sometimes, our bodies have differed their stress signals or turned off strategic healing mechanisms. Frequently, we need help with structural and systemic processes to restart the healing progress. Often surgical/injury areas not only stall in progress, they may need guidance integrating the changes time has caused.

Patients of CALM Healing Center, LLC become fast friends and family as this community grows. Together we have helped our patients:

• Increase mobility of the entire body!
• Aid in making self-care, chores and daily tasks more manageable and enjoyable!

• Developed empowered language to discuss symptoms and care needs with medical professionals, while learning how to identify relevant wellness sources!
• Learned new skills to offer to their fellow healing humans!
