CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours preceding your scheduled appointment time. Same day cancellations will be charged a minimum $40 late cancel fee. No-shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service. If you are ill or have a valid emergency, please contact Cincy BodyWork with as much notice as possible to reschedule without penalty.

To schedule an appointment for any service, we require EITHER a credit card on file (for existing clients) or full prepayment (for new clients scheduling online).
