Meet Olivia l LMT   Olivia is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist devoted to living an embodied life through listening, understanding and caring for the bodies needs. Olivia has a Reiki II Certification and has always been interested in the power of energy and its relationships to homeostasis. Olivia is dedicated to walking herself and others back to the safety and intelligence of their bodies. Through traditional massage techniques, shiatsu and reiki, Olivia bridges the gap between mind, body and spirit.   Olivia is inspired by ability massage therapy has to calm and reset the nervous system, decrease pain, and increase body awareness. She is excited to offer a integrated practice to her community, so more people can walk with a greater sense of ease and autonomy.   When she’s not working with clients, she’s interpreting the current astrology, dancing, taking yoga classes, cooking nutritious meals, and exploring the outdoors.
