Hello and welcome! My name is Michelle, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. My practice is located near the NYS fairgrounds, in the same building as Camillus Chiropractic and West Side Physical Therapy. 315 Bridge Street, Syracuse, NY 13209.

My goal is to facilitate a safe space where the body’s innate healing can be activated, allowing stress and holding patterns to release.  I absolutely love to see my clients leave feeling better than they arrived.  I offer integrative massage, pulling from 14 years of experience in various professional settings. People most often see me for deep tissue and therapeutic massage. Each session includes an emphasis on releasing restrictions within the myofascial system, while increasing circulation and calming the mind and body. I dedicate extra care to trouble areas. I am skilled at integrating a variety of bodywork modalities and customizing each session for my client's needs/ preferences.
