My goal is to facilitate a safe space where the body’s innate healing can be activated, where stress and holding patterns may be released.  I love to see clients leave with a sense of ease, feeling rejuvenated and better than they arrived.  I offer integrative massage, pulling from 13 years of experience with various professional settings and modalities. Clients most often see me for deep tissue and therapeutic massage which include an emphasis on releasing restricted muscles and fascia and increasing circulation throughout the entire body. I dedicate extra care to trouble areas. I am skilled at integrating a variety of bodywork modalities, customizing each session.
