Christie is a Licensed Massage Therapist who grew up locally in Rochester, but her path to bodywork began while living on the west coast.  She completed a massage program in Santa Monica, California in 2024.  Wanting to be closer to her roots, she then continued with additional training upon returning to western New York.  Her interest in wellness started as a self-improvement journey after realizing that lack of movement was creating restrictions and pain in her own body.  She sought out body work herself and discovered how much it improved overall well-being, coupled with strength training and yoga. It has evolved into a desire to share how therapeutic bodywork can be a powerful tool in improving both mind and body.
