New clients are required to make a 50% deposit the first time booking. If you found Massage Glow through the massagebook.com directory, please visit MASSAGEGLOW.COM then click 'Booking Site' to return here. Otherwise, you will be required to prepay in full.

Upon completion of the booking process, you will receive an email and text confirmation. Otherwise, you did not complete the booking process! If you do not complete the booking process OR pause more than five minutes, the time you chose will be frozen for about ten minutes. It is not because someone else booked it! 

You will receive an error message IF you enter your card info incorrectly! Issues have been reported by other clients so PLEASE TEXT GLORIA if you have any difficulty with scheduling.

DIRECTIONS ARE IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Massage Glow is located in building 2, first floor. Park on either side. Massage Glow is on the east side, near the men's bathroom.  Bring your own water or beverage. A drinking fountain and restrooms are in the lobby. Look for signage and check in by text if desired. If you are a new client, try to arrive a few minutes early and fill out the intake form.

The fee for cancelling/rescheduling less than 36 hours or missing an appointment is 50%. Returning clients are required to leave a card on file in the event of missing the appointment or canceling less than 36 hours without extenuating circumstances. Up to 36 hours before you appointment, you can log on to massagebook.com with your email to reschedule. Less than 36 hours, please contact Gloria to reschedule.

Please note, plan to pay in cash to avoid convenience fees. The convenience fee is $3.85 for paying with a card or $2.50 with Venmo.
