I am a NYS licensed massage therapist. I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2014 as Valedictorian. I am committed to helping clients find relief from pain, tension, and stress.  With a focus on restorative bodywork, I tailor each session to address individual needs—whether it’s easing chronic discomfort, supporting recovery, or improving mobility. I combine knowledge, technique, and compassion to create a professional yet welcoming environment where clients can heal, recharge, and feel their best.
