My name is Elizabeth.  Happy, mom of 3 boys and 2 crazy pups.  Chaos is my middle name.  So, when it comes to understanding how important it is that we all need a break from our crazy lives...I understand and is nothing new to me.  I have a passion for helping and healing others.  My gentle soul and kind heart lead the way when it comes to massage.  I want others to feel comfortable through the whole massage and leave feeling in a better state, not only physically, but mentally as well.  Graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester after dropping my life to chase my dreams.  It has been the best decision in my life.  I started working in a beautiful spa where I learned many modalities of massages as well as scrubs, cupping and hot stones.  After learning a bit more, I started working for myself alongside a Licensed Acupuncturist.  Participating in co-treatments, I had been an important part to many people's pain management.  I am now working entirely for myself and love it!  I completed John Barnes©️ Myofascial Release I, II and Unwinding as well as a few classes from Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. Craniosacral practitioner via CS1 Upledger Institute.  Looking forward to learning more.   Board Certified Therapeutic Massage Board as well.
