Hi! I am a massage therapist, specializing in therapeutic and orthopedic massage. I am also an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher, community wellness educator at UR Thompson Medicine, personal trainer certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, Yoga Alliance instructor, Reiki Master, sound healing practitioner, and author, dedicated to helping people rediscover their innate essence and power through practices which foster inner balance and harmony. I hold a BS from Syracuse University. I received my massage therapy education at Northeast College of Health Sciences, whose curriculum emphasizes applied clinical experience and is ranked No. 1 in the northeast and No. 6 in the nation.
My path into holistic health emerged through personal transformation rather than pursuit. Over time, what began as a focus on physical health grew into a daily practice of mindfulness and meditation, shaping my understanding of well-being as presence, clarity, and inner balance. This embodied journey—and the insights that later became my book, Wise, Wild Surrender—now inform my work, allowing me to guide others toward resilience, self-connection, and sustainable well-being.
Music has been a lifelong companion, shaping and supporting me from my earliest years. It felt natural for that relationship to evolve into a healing practice, using sound as a way to support balance and restoration. My practice utilizes Reiki and sound therapies to enhance self-healing abilities, working with these healing resonances to help alleviate a variety of physical and emotional challenges, support the immune system, promote better sleep and spiritual growth, and release negative thought patterns.
I am also dedicated to creating spaces for community connection and individual self-empowerment through workshops, sacred ceremonies, nature immersion practices, mindful eating practices, and simple rituals to weave the sacred back into everyday life. I design all of my offerings to help us reconnect to our natural state of equilibrium and surrender into a more meaningful life. I hope that they can meet you wherever you are.
