The goal is to help you feel your best through massage therapy. My experience ranges from helping professional athletes prepare for their next game or fight to working with people who have regular jobs that involve repetitive movements. Over time, these movements can lead to tightness, discomfort, and pain in the body.
Every session is approached with care and intention.
If a concern is ever outside my scope, or if I’m not the best person to help with your specific need, I'll be happy to suggest the most appropriate medical professional or practitioner who may be better suited to support you because your wellbeing is the main goal.
My pricing is straightforward and the same for all services. I prefer to charge for my time and whatever pressure or tools your body could benefit from is what well do. I've tried many different pricing models and this is just the easiest for me and my clients.

The word Nidra comes from an ancient meditative practice. It refers to a state between being awake and asleep, where the body and mind can slow down, deeply rest, and restore while awareness remains gentle and present. Nidra Bodywork is inspired by this idea—creating a safe, calming space where balance can return.
