At Exploring Radiance, I aim to create a safe and healing space for others to release trauma from their bodies, transform their physical health, and step into a radiant experience of themselves and life through bodywork.

I provide a gentle, individualized approach, taking time to listen carefully to you and your body to design a therapeutic plan that best supports the progression of your well-being. 

Please arrive 5 minutes before your session for an intake and discussion of your treatment goals.  I allow 5-10 minutes after your session for slow integration, post-session notes, and checkout.
