She is in session most of the day and has very minimal time to receive and return phone calls.

Each session is customized based on the clients body. You can choose between 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions. Once you book a session you will get a confirmation.  A day or two before the service you will be emailed a client intake form which you will submit electronically. When you arrive for your session there will be a short but thorough consultation where Beth will ask about your goals for the session and listen to your needs. 

Beth Connelly is a licensed massage therapist whose passion is helping people feel better in their bodies. She believes massage can ease tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and create space for the body to reset and heal.

After receiving Reiki for many years, Beth experienced a profound spiritual awakening during her Reiki II initiation in 2012. That experience deepened her spiritual path and gave her a clear calling to study massage therapy and the anatomy of the body more deeply. She went on to attend the esteemed Sedona School of Massage in Arizona, where she received a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork.

Her spiritual journey continued through years of travel, study, and hands-on learning around the world. Beth later studied massage in Thailand and completed yoga teacher trainings in India, Ecuador, and Colombia. These experiences broadened her perspective and continue to shape the way she approaches healing, movement, and bodywork.

Her style is intuitive and integrated, blending therapeutic work with a calming, grounded presence. Drawing from her background in yoga, Reiki, and sound healing, Beth tailors each session to the individual—whether the goal is relief from chronic tension, support for recovery, or simply time to unwind and reconnect.

For Beth, massage is both an art and a practice of listening. Her intention is to create a space where clients feel supported, restored, and more at home in their bodies.
