The Hellerwork 11 session series is a body evaluation! This unique series creates balance and freedom in the body.
Today I will share with you a snapshot of what you might experience in some of the sessions!
Session 1: All About Inspiration
This session will concentrate on the ribcage, arms, shoulders and hips. Adding expansion to the chest to allow breath to flow freely. Focusing on alignment of the ribcage over the pelvis.
Session 2: Standing on Your Own Two Feet
Feet and legs are the central part of this session. Aligning ones joints to evenly distribute body weight over the arches of the feet.
Session 3: Reaching Out
This session addresses the tension in the side body, arms and shoulders. Results in the alignment of the upper body.
Session 4: Control and Surrender
This session concentrates on the muscles of the inside leg and the pelvic floor.
Session 5: The Guts
Addressing the psoas and visceral fascia brings the pelvis into a more horizontal position. Ideal for supporting the guts more efficiently.
Session 6: Holding Back
Focused session on the back line, which starts at the back of the head and extends down to the heels. Freeing the movement of the spine.
Session 7: Losing Your Head
Alignment of the head over the torso is key in this session. Focusing on the face, head and neck.
Session 8: The Feminine
Legs, hips, feet and pelvis are the focus of this session. Balancing the muscles in the lower body.
Session 9: The Masculine
Arms, shoulders, ribcage and neck are the focus of this session. Balancing the muscles in the upper body.
Session 10: Integration
Focusing on the major joints to produce overall balance of the body.
Session 11: Coming Out
In this session, the treatment is completed by the process of acknowledgement and review of the results obtained. These results utilized consciously in the every day use of the body.
