Lisa Widdowson graduated from Omaha School of Massage and Health Care in June
2010. She was personally trained by Eric Stephenson, Dr. Pam Popper, Dr. David Bole
and Terri Kaus, nationally known educators in the fields of massage therapy, nutrition,
acupuncture and kinesiology. She is certified in various modalities, most recently
certified in Specialized Kinesiology and Lymphatic Drainage for Detox. Others include
Acupressure, The Magic of Hot Stone, Myofascial Release (Deep Tissue), Pre-Natal
(Pregnancy), Reflexology, and Warm Bamboo. Her signature massage is Contrast
Stone Therapy during which she uses warm stones and cool marble to melt the month's
stress and tension away. Lisa is also a member of the Nebraska chapter of the
American Massage Therapy Association.

Lisa lives with her family in LaVista, NE. She offers a unique blend of massage
modalities, heat therapies, muscle testing and essential oils to help her clients get what
they want: More Energy and Less Stress. Truly, giving all the glory to our Creator, she
believes that massage benefits and balances the body, mind and spirit!
