I am Rynell Torrence, and I am in my first year of practice and received a Massage diploma from Universal College of Healing Arts, along with a Structural Integration practitioner certificate. My model as an LMT is to explore my continuous thriving interest to assist people reach their wellness and recovery goals. The approach that I use is a blend of years of sharpened skills, while being present and holding a heart centered space. Since covid we all are spending more time in our own spaces, and has decreased normal daily activity. When we sit for too long and become sedentary, we get stiff and sore faster due to a lack of movement. New problems require new solutions and that's what I'm excited to offer. I teach movement education. As the tension and restrictions in your body are released through bodywork, you have the unique opportunity to move in new and more fluid patterns. Whether it's the repetitiveness and overuse due to job related movements or basic movements such as standing, sitting, and walking, it is my honor to facilitate you on your journey of health and healing.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
