I am from Breckenridge and now returning to the area after living in Fargo for multiple years. In my time there I had attended Josef's School of Hair, Skin, and Body and worked at Massage Envy for four years. My goal as a LMT is to provide a therapeutic massage aiming for improvement of my client's health and wellbeing. I currently offer: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial, Cupping, Stretching, and Therapeutic Massage Methods. Using these techniques allows for a massage that soothes the body and allows the massage to be tailored to the individuals preferences. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with my clients to provide them the services they require and to teach them methods to better help themselves.  

I am currently engaged and have one dog named Moose. We love spending time together with friends and family and going to the lake. Aside of massage one of my favorite hobbies include painting.
